Jukka Koskinen (1954) CEO and President, M.Sc.(Tech.). Jukka has over 25 years of experience in the industrial and technology sector. Previously he has worked for companies such as ABB and Nordic Aluminum Plc. His previous employer was Ensto Group, a family owned company which focuses on development, manufacture and marketing of electrical systems and supplies. Jukka worked as a President for the group for three years before being asked to join European Batteries.
Mika Räsänen (1965) VP, Cell Development, D.Sc. (Tech.). Mika has 20 years of experience in energy production and energy storages. He has also gathered extensive experience in managing companies at their growth stages. Prior to joining European Batteries, Mika worked for eight years in Finnish Industry Investments Ltd, as the director of clean-tech sector.
Mikko Vuoristo (1964) VP, Production, D.Sc. (Tech.). Mikko has 14 years of experience in factory management. A doctor in electro-chemistry with extensive scientific research in the subject, Mikko’s previous position was in Vihtavuori Oy’s propellant factory in development and production management and later as CEO.
Antti Väyrynen, (1972), Director, System Development, Lic.Sc.(Tech.). Antti has over 10 years of experience of EV batteries and advanced energy systems. Prior to EB Antti has worked as a project manager in Fortum Plc and as a senior lecturer at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. At EB, Antti’s responsibilities are development and production of battery systems.
Martti Ukkonen (1962) CFO. M.Sc. (Econ.) has 20 years of experience in international business, business administration and finance. Prior to European Batteries, Martti worked for 10 years as the CFO of SRV Plc. construction company
Martti Alatalo (1960) Director, Engineering, B.Sc. (Tech.). Martti has 20 years of experience in commercialization and sales of electro-technical products. Prior to European Batteries, he served as the EMEA business development manager for Vacon Plc. At European Batteries, Martti’s main responsibilities are OEM products and their development.
